Unser Körper ist ein Kind des Universums.
Er ist der Spiegel des Universums.
Jedes Atom unseres Körpers erinnert sich an seine Geburt im Bauch der Sterne und seine Trennung von ihrem Licht. Seit Billionen von Jahren bewegen sie sich durch Chaos, durch Raum, um sich zu treffen und unseren Körper zu bauen. Und dann werden sie diese Verbindung verlieren. Sie werden zu der unendlichen Staubwolke zurückkehren, um neue Sterne, Welten und Körper zu formen.
Jedes Wassermolekül unseres Körpers kennt seine Reise aus dem All zur Erde. Es erinnert sich alle Zustände, alle Stationen, die es durchmachte, bevor es ein Teil unseren Zellen wurde.
Sie alle tragen in sich alle Events, die das Universum in Billionen von Jahren erlebte. Alle Entstehungen und alle Katastrophen. Sie tragen in sich alle kosmischen Prinzipien und Kräfte, der Kreation und Zerstörung.

Jede Zelle unseres Körpers trägt in sich nicht nur die ganze Geschichte des Universums, aber auch die ganze Evolution des Lebens auf der Erde.
Jede ist einzigartig und doch ist jede von denselben Kräften wie das ganze Universum bewegt.
Jede von denen ist das Kontinuum des Lebens auf diesem Planeten.
Jede Zelle trägt die Erinnerung der Entwicklung und der Katastrophen, die zu diesem Moment geführt haben, in dem jeder von uns entstanden ist und lebt.

Der Körper hat keine Limitierung.
Durch jedes Atom ist er mit dem ganzen Universum verbunden. Er spürt die Bewegung der Sterne, die Sonnenwinde, die Gravitation, die Drehung der Erde, die Kraft des Mondes, die die Ozeane bewegt.
Der Körper empfängt das ganze Spektrum des Lichts, jede Schallwelle. Er empfängt die elektro-magnetische Energie, die jedes Objekt, jeder Körper ausstrahlt. Deswegen auch spürt er jede Emotion, jede Stimmung, jedes Schwingen.

In der Weisheit des Körpers, dank der Spiegelneuronen können wir nicht nur andere Wesen spüren; ihre Muskelspannung, körperlichen Sensationen, Emotionen oder Geschichten erleben.
Wir haben die Fähigkeit das Andere zu werden.

Unser Wille und Bereitschaft zum Wahrnehmen hat Limitierung.
Unsere Angst, die Welt in ihrer Unbegrenztheit zu erfahren, hat Limitierung.
Unsere Fixierung, die Welt in kleinem Ausschnitt kontrollieren, dominieren zu müssen, hat Limitierung.
Das Ego hat Limitierung.
Wir setzen eine Grenze zwischen uns und der Welt ein. Wir trennen uns von ihr durch Konzepte, Kategorisierungen, Standards etc. ab. Wir sind damit beschäftigt, unsere kleine Seifenblase, die wir uns als die Welt vorstellen, zu verteidigen, statt die Welt, so wie sie ist, zu empfangen.

Aber der Körper ist immer ausnahmslos offen zur Welt. Er ist der Empfänger und die Verbindung zum Universum. Er ist der Vermittler und Umwandler jeder Energie, die wir auf atomarer, elektrischer, chemischer, magnetischer Ebene treffen…

Aber die Hände…
Die Hände verbinden uns direkt mit der Welt — sie zeigen, wie wir wirklich in unserem Herzen zur Welt stehen.
Sie tanzen die Choreografie unserer Trennung oder Verbindung mit der Welt.
Sie singen den Song über Geschlossenheit oder Öffnung gegenüber der Welt.
Die Hände zeigen unmittelbar unsere Bereitschaft, das Leben, die Welt und alle ihren Gaben zu empfangen und anzunehmen, bevor wir das, was wir nicht haben, versuchen zu geben. In einer einfachen Geste des Annehmens zeigt es sich die Ehrlichkeit unserer Liebe. Es ist wie Annehmen der Luft im Einatmen. Erst aus dieser Liebe können wir geben. Die Hände verraten unsere Wahrheit des Gebens.

Unsere Hände sind der am meistens vertrauenswürdige Sinnenorgan. Sie empfangen die Welt direkt — ohne die Interpretation der Wellenlänge. Der angefasste Stein, Becher, Menschen sind direkt in der Verbindung mit uns.
Der Tastsinn ist direkt mit dem Körper verbunden. Er kann uns nicht belügen. Deswegen haben wir in unserer Verleugnung der Welt den Körper mit dem Anfassen verdammt. Nur so können wir unsere Selbstlügen, die Illusionen unserer Weltinterpretationen, weiter füttern.
Im Anfassen treffen wir die Welt, so wie sie ist.

Die Hände empfangen den anderen Menschen in der Handgebung. Sie empfangen ihn in Umarmung.
Und die Magie entsteht:
Der Mensch erfährt, dass die Welt ihn umarmt. Er bekommt den Beweis eigener Existenz, die untrennbar vom Universum ist…
Der bekommt all die Liebe, die ihm das Leben gab und wenn er sie annimmt, wird er nie wieder vom Leben in ihm getrennt…
Our body is a child of the universe.
It’s a mirror of the universe.
Every atom of our body remembers its birth in the belly of a star. It remembers the separation from its light. For billions of years our atoms have been moving through chaos, through space, to meet each other and build our body. And then they will lose this connection. They will return to the unending dust cloud, to form new stars, worlds, and bodies.
Every water molecule of our body knows its journey from outer space to the Earth. It remembers all states and stations that it went through before it became a part of our cells.
They all carry in them all events the universe experienced in its billions of years of existence. All emergences and catastrophes. They carry in themselves all the cosmic principles and forces, both of creation and of destruction.

Every cell of our body carries not only the whole story of the Universe, but also the complete evolution of Life on Earth.
Each one of them is one-of-a-kind. Each one of them is still moved by the same forces as the Universe itself.
Each one of them is the continuum of Life on this planet.
Every cell carries the memory of the formation and of the catastrophes that led to that moment, from which each of us has originated and in which each of us lives.

The body has no limitation.
Through every atom it is connected with the whole Universe. It feels the movement of the stars, the solar winds, the gravity, the rotation of the Earth, and the force of the Moon that moves the oceans.
The body receives the whole spectrum of light, every acoustic wave. It receives the electromagnetic energy that every object and every body emits. That’s why it also feels every emotion, every mood, every swing.

In the wisdom of the body, thanks to the mirror neurons, not only can we sense other beings; we can experience their muscular tension, somatic sensations, emotions, and their stories.
We have the ability to become the Other.

Our will and readiness to perceive has a limitation.
Our fear of experiencing the world in its infinity has a limitation.
Our fixation on controlling the world in its small cutout has a limitation.
The ego has a limitation.
We install a boundary between us and the world. We separate ourselves from it through concepts, categorizations, standards, etc. Instead of experiencing the world as it is, we are constantly occupied with defending our small bubble that we imagine as the world.

But the body is always and without exception open to the world. It is the receiver and the connection to the Universe. It is the facilitator and converter of every kind of energy that we meet – on atomic, electric, chemical, magnetic level…

But the hands…
The hands connect us directly to the world – they show our real attitude towards the world, which we carry in our hearts.
They dance the choreography of our separation from or our connection to the world.
They sing the song of closedness or openness towards the world.
The hands immediately show our readiness to receive and accept the Life, the world, and all its gifts – before we try to give what we don’t have. The simplest gesture of receiving unmasks the honesty of our love. It’s like receiving the air as we breathe in. Only from this love we can give. The hands reveal our truth of giving.

Our hands are the most trustworthy sense organ. They receive the world directly – without the interpretation of the wavelength. When we touch a stone, a cup, another human, we create an immediate connection.
The sense of touch is explicitly connected with the body. It cannot lie to us. That is why, in our denial of the world, we condemn the body and the touch. Only in that way we can keep feeding our self-lies, our illusion of our world interpretation.
In touching the world, we meet it as it is.

The hands receive another human being in taking their hand in ours. They receive them in a hug.
And the magic begins:
The human being experiences that the world hugs them. They become a proof of their own existence, that is inseparable from the Universe…
They receive all the love that the Life gave them. And if they accept it, they will never again feel separated from the Life in them…
Nasze ciało jest dzieckiem Wszechświata.
Ono jest lustrem Wszechświata.
Każdy atom naszego ciała pamięta swoje narodziny w brzuchu gwiazd i swoje oddzielenie od światła. Od bilionów lat poruszają się przez chaos, przez przestrzeń, aby spotkać się i zdodowac nasze ciała. A potem stracą to połączenie i powrócą do tej nieskończonej chmury pyłu, aby sformować nowe gwiazdy, światy i ciała.
Każdy molekuł wody naszego ciała zna swoją podróż z kosmosu do Ziemi. Pamięta wszystkie stany, stacje, które przeszedł, zanim stał się częścią naszyć komórek.
One wszystkie noszą w sobie wszystkie wydarzenia, które Wszechświat przeżył w ciągu bilionów lat. Wszystkie powstania i wszystkie katastrofy. Noszą w sobie wszystkie kosmiczne zasady i siły kreacji i zniszczenia.

Każda komórka naszego ciała niesie w sobie nie tylko całą historię Wszechświata, ale też całą ewolucję życia na Ziemi. Każda jest niepowtarzalna, a jednocześnie jest poruszana przez te same siły, które poruszają Wszechświatem.
Każda z nich jest kontynuacją życia na tej planecie.
Każda komórka niesie w sobie pamięć rozwojów i katastrof, które doprowadziły do tego momentu, w którym każdy z nas powstał i żyje.

Ciało nie ma żadnych ograniczeń.
Jest połączone z całym Wszechświatem poprzez każdy atom. Ono czuje ruch gwiazd, wiatry słoneczne, grawitację, obrót Ziemi, siłę Księżyca, które porusza oceany.
Ciało odbiera całe spektrum światła, każda długość fali. Odbiera elekto-magnetyczną energię, która wysyła każdy obiekt, każde ciało. Dlatego czuje każdą emocję, nastrój, wachanie.

W mądrości ciała, dzięki neuronom lustrzanym możemy nie tylko czuć inną istotę, przeżywać jej napięcie mięśniowe, sensacje cielesne, emocje czy historie.
Mamy też zdolność stać się nią.

Nasza wola i gotowość percepcji ma ograniczenia.
Nasz strach doświadczenia świata w jego nieskończoności ma ograniczenia.
Nasza fiksacja kontrolowania i dominowania świata w małym wycinku ma ograniczenia.
Ego ma ograniczenia.
Stawiamy granice między nami a światem. Oddzielamy się od niego poprzez koncepty, kategorie, standardy etc. Jesteśmy zajęci obroną naszej małej bańki mydlanej, którą wyobrażamy sobie jako świat, zamiast doświadczyć świata takim, jakim jest.

Ale ciało jest kompletnie otwarte na świat. Jest odbiornikiem i połączeniem do Wszechświata. Jest pośrednikiem i transformatorem każdej energii, która spotykamy na poziomie atomowy, elektrycznym, chemicznym, magnetycznym…

Ale ręce…
Ręce łączą nas bezpośrednio ze światem — pokazują, jak naprawdę stoimy do świata w naszym sercu.
One tańczą choreografię naszego oddzielenia albo połączenia ze światem.
Śpiewają pieśń zamknięcia albo otwarcia na świat.
Ręce pokazują bezpośrednio naszą gotowość na przyjęcie życia, świata i wszystkich jego darów, zanim będziemy próbować dawać to, czego nie mamy. W prostym geście przyjęcia pokazuje się szczerość naszej miłości. To jest jak przyjęcie powietrza we wdechu. Dopiero u z tej miłości możemy dawać. I ręce zdradzają nasza prawdę dawania.

Nasze ręce są najbardziej godnym zaufania organem zmysłów. Odbierają świat bezpośrednio — bez interpretacji długości fal. Dotknięty kamień, kubek, człowiek są bezpośrednio w połączeniu z nami.
Dotyk jest bezpośrednio połączony z ciałem, dlatego nie może nas okłamać. Dlatego w wyparciu świata potępiliśmy ciało razem z dotykiem. Tylko tak możemy dalej karmić auto-kłamstwa, iluzje naszych interpretacji świata.
W dotyku spotykamy świat takim, jakim jest.

Ręce przyjmują drugiego w podaniu ręki. Przyjmują we wzięciu w ramiona.
I powstaje magia:
Człowiek doświadcza, że świat bierze go w ramiona. Dostaje dowód własnej egzystencji, która jest nieoddzielona od Wszechświata…
Otrzymuje całą miłość, którą życie mu ofiarowało. I kiedy ją przyjmie, nigdy już nie będzie oddzielony od Życia w nim samym…
